Productive thinking, nofap and self improvement

Nature often progresses (survives) by producing many variations on a theme and picking the best amongst them. Then it iterates. In short, nature is productive.

As a corollary, success and personal development in nofap depend on our ability to think and act productively rather than reproductively.

Sometimes it is the simple things in life that pave the path to self improvement. That is a little notion I try to keep in mind and would like to pass on to all.
