Progress after a month of no porn.

After not being able to get and keep an erection for years now i came across this site and realized that my problem was most likely PIED. I’m not so sure that I was addicted to porn (that’s what all addicts say though probably) because I only masturbated twice a day (sometimes back to back) and I could easily go a day without it every now and again. I never dated a lot so I guess Coming home to a computer screen was an easily accessible stress reliever. As of a year ago though I began my first serious relationship.
