    Hey,
I'll make this quick for you to read it:
I have done a lot of progress (not a 30-day challenge yet. Just not bothered to count the days, but 30 days have not passed). Past few days, I have been suffering from the Chaser effect. And today, I fapped to not downright porn but still not worthwhile my time. It has been at least 2 months without porn. My only issue right now is to stop edging too. As for underlying problems, I am a screen addict. Who isn't these days? Even if it becomes the norm, I don't want to lead a life like that. I want to be able to get rid of my screen addiction too. For those of you users, don't you feel like you have to stop watching videos and get back to work? Or stop playing games and do something nice outside? Yes, it's that mental block I am talking about. I currently kept my most used device in my safe, and even though I have the keys, I wouldn't want to open something like that because I know my valuables and money is kept there. Because of it, I am currently going post-withdrawal effects. I try to not use one device, and now I am using several gadgets instead of one. And that annoys me. I cannot seem to break out of it. Any suggestions?
TLDR: Broke out of porn addiction, but getting harder to keep up with my MO addiction. With my underlying problem being gadget addiction, how do I break out of it? More specifically the mental block that comes along with it?
Thanks for reading my question and have a wonderful day. God bless y'all.

Because breaking porn addiction is not a solution. Your problem is masturbation addiction and porn only enables it. Removing porn doesn’t remove the desire to MO. First of all your focus needs to be not on avoiding porn but on never touching yourself in a sexual manner. If you are strong in your will to avoid touching yourself, then your desire to look up sexually provocative images will diminish. And even if you did, you would only look briefly before realizing it’s a pointless endeavour when you can’t touch yourself. This is where the focus has to be.

As for the gadget addiction, that’s a tough one. The only real way to combat it is to keep yourself busy with productive things. Make a to do list every morning. Don’t allow yourself to look at the tech until you’ve accomplished all your tasks for the day. Never start the day with tech right away. Rather you can get up make a nice breakfast and go for a walk, or sit outside and read.

@Spiritual Immunity Thanks for your post, I feel like I can understand quite a bit now. It's funny when PMO comes together when you are first hooked to it but now it just casually splits up like this for you to deal with :D.

As for my screen addiction, it is indeed a tough one in this day and age but avoiding it by doing work seems kind of useless. I would probably go mad due to excessive dopamine cut-off. I would definitely like to convert this time that I use on my gadgets to something productive but being in exam season does not help. These are my uni exams and I want to be able to get a good job and all that stuff, but it's this toxic cycle of not doing physical exercise, meditation and other stuff to to gain extra time that you lose this time just hopping on websites and lose some more of your original time that you intended to focus on.
I almost have zero interest in video games now that I don't play them but play it very occasionally just for nostalgia. I don't even use social media too. I mean it. However, my other problem seems to be consuming Youtube content. You keep consuming content whether you like them or not and at the end on the day, you feel horrible.
    Your thoughts?
    Sham.
