At about 2:10 this morning, I broke a personal record. I was reasonably mad, but I focused on the fact that I had improved. My new record, 4 days, was double my previous record. In those 4 days, I had discovered that keeping myself distracted (reading a book, playing videogames, watching movies/ tv shows, going for a walk, traveling, etc.) had really helped. I disabled chrome on my phone and started powering it off before bed. I know I'm a long ways from, let's say 100 days, but this is a major step! Thanks everyone!
