    So I never thought I'd make it this far. Many days it feels like it's impossible, but it's not ! All it requires is SELF DISCIPLINE. What's helped me so far:

    - Ignore morning boners
    - Have very short showers
    - Avoid looking or handling my dick as much as possible
    - Have an accountable partner
    - Do more physical activities, such as going to the gym
    - Dig deeper into my Christian faith

    Do the urges still kick in? Yes! And I don't expect them to fade away anytime sooner.

    I do however feel A LOT better. Some of the benefits I've noticed:

    - I wake up refreshed with a clear mind. Not with a MO hangover. My short sleeps actually feel longer
    - I am more motivated to excel in my fitness
    - More motivated to find a relationship
    - I laugh more
    - Starting to feel more confident with myself
    - Don't feel down anymore, before I use to get easily depressed
    - Feel more positive about myself, others and life
    - Baggy eyes are gradually disappearing (maybe because of the great sleep)

    A Big thanks to the NoFap founders for starting this site, it's helped A LOT.

    To anyone out there struggling, I definitely recommend you find an accountable partner you can relate to, like I did: similar age, Christian.

    I'm hoping to quit masturbation FOR GOOD.
