Day 32 at age 32, I am a PMO addict of 20 years.
Still no morning wood, no libido.
Brain fog seems about the same, although it is xmas holidays so I'm not really using my brain too much lol so its hard to tell.
Overall, I feel determined like I never have before. I will reach 90 days and beyond this time, I have no doubt about it.
My key motivation is I don't know how long it will take to fully heal, and I don't want to miss out on life, especially while I am still young. I've had opportunities where I could have slept with some attractive women this year, but I wasn't confident that I would be able to perform. I just hope my PIED is gone before too long. My longest streak is 39 days.
