  1. Thanks dude! Great analogy and I'll always remember it whenever I log into this website since the logo is also a rocket lol! But anyways, after watching tons of videos about nofap these past few days to get myself in the right mindset, I'm feeling pumped and even more confident than before! I have learned a lot from my relapse and will be sure to change things up enough to the point of where I won't fall for the urges again. You keep going as well! I love to see others winning their battles too! 4 days is awesome and is truly the beginning of something life-changing, so keep it up! I know u can do this!

  2. Awesome! Massive respects to u my friend! I fell on my fourth day recently as u may have read and I realize just how hard it is at that time period, so I hope u realize just how huge your milestone is! Always remember that if u resist the urges now, it will be so much more worth it soon! Keep on going man! Awesome to hear that ur self-discipline is kicking into high gear! I today haven't had aggressive urges, but I have been doing my absolute best to keep busy and to get my mind off of woman and fantasies and have been doing a good job thus far. I have been getting an exercise routine going and am taking all that former porn time and use it to instead develop myself into a better person! I'm also going on a weight loss diet and I'm finding myself thinking more about food cravings right now than my porn cravings, so I'm going to keep this up for as long as I can since it's helping me quite a bit! Anyway, really happy for you man!

  3. Feeling good so far! My weight loss diet and swimming workouts are really helping to get my mind off of pmo! I did have a wd last night, but I can't think of anything I could have possibly done to cause it, so I'm not beating myself up over it. How are things sitting for you Dale? 6 days is awesome and truly the start of something big!

  4. Today went really well! Still feeling great and am definitely feeling much more confident and motivated than I was during the start of my previous 18 day streak! I truly think this will be the streak that will get past the summer and rewire my brain for the better! Keep holding me accountable everyone and I'll be sure to post during my struggles when I need encouragement and advice! Also, keep on going Dale! You got this bro! Don't forget to post for the day!

  6. Awesome stuff! Healthy diet and exercise are definitely huge factors in building more self-discipline, so I think it'll definitely help with resisting pmo urges. I love watching YouTube videos on NoFap because it gives a face to the incredible testimonies that I keep hearing about and seeing the motivation and excitement from others who are further along on this journey than I am really encourages me to keep on going as well! I couldn't exercise yesterday because we had nasty weather, but I did work all day and keep busy so the urges were practically non-existent yesterday. My diet is also really taking center stage in my mind currently and I find myself craving food alot more than pmo now lol so that's definitely a huge help! Keep on going!

  7. Yea first few days are so hard that it's almost impossible for most people. Remember that if u can get past them, you've done something truly incredible! As someone who is back in my first few days, I can definitely relate to you, but can also testify that it got alot more easier in my previous streak the further I got. The key to keeping ur streak going is to keep your guard up and to stay humble about it. Lowering your guard and comparing yourself to others can create blind spots in your life that will catch you off guard when you least expect it. This was how I lost my 18 day streak recently. Definitely encourage you guys to not make the same mistakes I did!

I hate myself. I seriously went on it for about 3-4 days and felt some positivity, and then some bad thoughts came to my head, and I went off on a quick one. I need to get past a week from today now.

  10. You can do it man! Hopefully the relapse will make you stronger and help you to identify things that went wrong that you can change so that you don't fall next time! I relapsed twice after my first streak here and after the second relapse, I felt a stronger motivation than before to keep on going. The amount of days in my first streak were a record for me personally, and I know i can and will break it! Keep on going!

  11. That's awesome to hear that you did that! I have massive respects for you for doing that! Reminds me of when Joseph in the Bible ran away from a potential situation where he could have had bad thoughts take over his mind and cause him to do something that he would have regretted. I do admit that I do tend to stay in the same place when I'm tempted and try to fight it off mentally, but I will start to try getting up and leaving from now on and see what kind of effect it will have on me! Awesome job and keep on going! (I also apologize for not posting last night. I definitely need to make this a bigger priority if I'm going to have consistency in my fight against pmo) I also see you've joined a challenge group! I'm curious as to how much of a help it can be, so let me know! Looks like it definitely can increase motivation through the goal-oriented approach.

Yeah bro! Once you get enough of the positive energy within you, off you go!

    Cool to be sharing experiences!
I was watching Aladdin today and After that I went to youtube saw the ending scene from the movie and a couple other videos which led me to M.

But I’m already working on building up my Energy back again!

  13. Yea really great story that feels especially relevant for this journey! I feel motivated to join a challenge group so I'll probably get on that soon! And yea I totally agree about that last part! The daily posts have been helping me alot and all the content here on this website is a treasure trove of helpful advice and motivating success stories that constantly keep me going!

  14. I know this sounds crazy, but my last relapse was literally nearly identical to what you just described. The Alladin end scene was also the exact spark that led me down my last pmo rabbit trail (in fact that was the very first thing that led me to pmo when I was younger too). Except it led me down further for a couple days and I really had a hard time getting out, but I got out with alot more motivation than before and have been going strong ever since! I hope you will also feel the same way and will come out of your relapse even stronger than before! You got this dude! One day at a time!

  16. Feeling good currently! Took a cold shower like they suggest to do on this forum and I honestly am really starting to get used to them! I don't know why, but I felt just as good at the coldest setting this morning as I would during a hot shower. Didn't stay in for too long though (I'm sure this saved a decent amount of money for the heat and water bills too lol)

  17. Got through the day! Today was rough in keeping up with my schedule, but hoping to get back on it tomorrow since that discipline is a big factor of what keeps me going in nofap! How are you guys sitting? Things going good so far?

Yes Day2 almost complete! Going well so far. Meditation helps.

Yeah just get back to the routine, discipline keeps you distracted.

  19. For sure! I'm also curious, as I haven't dabbled into the meditation stuff at all on my nofap journey so far, what exactly is it? I'm not really sure myself to be honest lol just curious what it might be and how it has helped you thus far as I have seen alot of people mention it on this forum as a means of avoiding pmo. Thanks!

All you have to do is sit down, cross your legs, close eyes and breathe in anyway comfortable.
Just try not to think of anything. Let your mind float, but don’t start thinking about anything specific.
This gives tranquility, feels refreshing. I feel mentally stronger after this. Urges recede away.
