Today I was thinking about something I learned a year ago. I thought: why not share it with all the people here? It's a "theory" called "progressive mental alignment". As an ex-addict I'm interested in how the brain works, interested in psychological stuff, relationship between thinking and acting (behavior) and of course how I can change my life, make good decisions etc. I have dealt with reel deep wounds in my life. And I have grown out of my addiction during the last years. I really think this "progressive mental alignment" can be very helpful to you, reader in understanding how the brain works, and why you feel like you feel at the moment. The guy in the video is explaining in "childish language" how the brain works. If you are willing to take the time (one hour+) you will really really learn something, and I believe that it will help you in an important way to overcome your addictive struggles.
