Project anxiety-X

I'm a 19 year old male, and I've been using P since I was 13, but it's been getting worse recently. I've always had religious reasons for trying to quit, but things have been escalating in spite of that.

Lately, I've been lonely, socially anxious, and unmotivated. I read that watching pornography might be contributing to that, which has given me more motivation to quit. I currently have a 5 day streak. I told myself that if I make it 7 days without PMO, I'd buy myself a T-shirt.

I'll add more details later if I feel like it, but I'm definitely glad I'm joining now.
