So as I was browsing the internet this morning, I accidentally came upon a couple of pictures of a naked girl. But, I didn't close the tab right away. Instead, I kept staring at her for about a minute, but then I closed the tab before I went too far. Since I'm trying to quit porn, does this count as a relapse?
    Thanks.

Everyone has their own rules, yes, but the fact remains that there's a dopamine release problem with porn and the associated addiction. Every time you look at porn you hinder your brain's rewiring process and slow down your healing considerably. At the end of the day the answer to most questions we have is stop PMO, full stop. Keeping that in mind, looking does not necessarily constitute a relapse. If your goal was purely to avoid porn (no MO issues), then maybe that's a relapse. However, I'd consider a relapse to be going back to the old habits and having a session of PMO. If your goal is no PMO and you look at porn, it's obviously not a good thing (and you should fight it) but you didn't completely relapse. You still made some progress with no MO. So, you just make a reset and continue the journey. Most importantly though, remember that you are moving away from porn, and looking at porn is slowing your growth. As an example, I'm choosing to reset after 24 days because I stumbled on some porn and looked at pictures for a few minutes.
