Please let me know if anyone has any success story with Prone M and ED. How did they overcome? How to get back full erections. Please help me out. I’m new to this.

OK, I was the Same when i started Ming. Ming this way is more likely to give you ED that any other way because:

1. There is no lubrication,real sex is slippery and wet so the penis WILL develop micro tears and loose nerves/sensitivity when using the prone method. I have BEEN there.
2. you are on your front thrusting your erection into a comparatively hard surface. this is like squashing a banana into the floor, what to you think would happen? clearly the penis will lose its ability to get up.

The best compromise to MO if you really have to is to use a lot of lube (spit,oil etc) on you hand . Loosest grip as possible to avoid "chocking" it. and either lying on back or standing/sitting upright. this way you loose the huge risk of thrusting a hard on into a harder surface. and you will have significantly less dry/dead skin from rubbing when using lube. also dont go to fast, it should mimic the real speed the hips could thrust.

if you are unable to MO using the method i have just recommended , then there is serious issue , likely ED has developed due to the methods of MO you have been using.

I was just like that. i started Ming on prone age 6, only realized there were other ways to MO when i was 13 . made a commitment to only MO 'Safely' when i was 16. haven't consciously prone MO ed since. YES IT IS POSSIBLE TO RECOVER ED FROM PRONE MO. the best scenario for you would be to do the full reboot no MO/PMO. however if this is not possible. then commit to not using P and only MO using the safe method I have just outlined for you.

I don’t mind doing the full reboot. I just wanna have normal sex with my girl. It sucks when she’s naked and asks you to fuck her and you. Any even get it up. I am ready to do anything. How do I reboot? And how long could it take?

Never do prone again. No matter what. Depends on people. I did NoFap for a week. Then started to fap the normal way. Now I can have normal sex.
