    NoFap does the opposite. It gives you testosterone and allows you to be your true self. Ask him if he's ever tried NoFap.

    I would set trigger warnings for this since some of the ads on their site are for porn.

    Ironically they also have dating ads on their site too! :D

    Crap I have AdBlock, didn't occur to me. It's fixed. And yeah, online dating is literally the last thing they need. If they're gonna do it, it should be in person.

    I'm not big on the testosterone thing. I had my testosterone levels checked a few years ago when I was PMOing like crazy, and my testosterone levels were normal.

    I think the majority of guys start nofap and porn free because they have brain changes caused from years of PMO. I believe the benefits the majority of the guys on nofap and pornfree experience is from brain changes from stopping porn and PMO. I personally think testosterone has little or even nothing to do with the benefits.

    That might be true. But even still, the bennies are real. Even if there are no other benefits, the one benefit is the negation of everything bad that porn addiction causes.
