Prostate disorders due to PMO

Hi there. I had a question about the physical damage associated with prolonged PMO. I'm a male in my early 40s and I've been struggling with quiting internet porn since my early 20s. I've had several very short periods of success, I would regularly go 7-10 days without looking at internet porn, but I would always go back. Longest I'd ever gone without PMO was 2 weeks. Typically, I would masturbate once a day, but there were times where I would go up to 4 times in a day. However, as I've gotten older I've been noticing some strange symptoms that I think indicate prostate stress. Some of the symptoms I have are...

• Prostate will pulse at random.
• Sometimes immediatly prior to an erection, or when the erection is in it's early stages, my prostate will ache slightly.
• Slight urine drippage immediately after urinating. I usually have to expunge the remaining amount of urine by running my finger down my urethra.
• Erections are less intense and don't last a long.

I did speak to a doctor and he mentioned pelvic floor physical therapy. He thought the issues I have are related to a over tightening of the muscles and that they needed to be loosened. This didn't seem consistant with all my symptoms and I asked him about sex addiction and whether it's related to possible prostate stress but this was not his area of expertise so he referred me to a urologist. I stumbled onto this forum searching for damaging effects of excessive masturbation and I was wondering if any one here in my age group has experienced something like this. Or do the symptoms I'm experiencing seem related to something else? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
