    Hello everyone, I am new to this community and am seeking some help. I have been trying to start my nofap journey for quite some time now, with my longest streak being that of about 16 days but unfortunately I have relapsed hard and can't quite seem to get back on track. I have blocked any adult content from my phone including instagram and twitter (because people do post actual porn on twitter). the problem I am having is with the unblockable browser on my ps4. this is where I am finding myself relapsing over and over again. any help would be greatly apreciated. Thanks !

    Doesn't PS4 have some parental locks that prevent the use of the browser or something? You could then set one and store the note with the password in a strongbox, with the key to the stronghox dug deep underground at night under that tree in the forest 20 kilometres from your home.

    lol or give the code to an AP. I gave my PS4 code to my girlfriend when i had the same problem.

    Remember to try to remove yourself from the situation when you start struggling. Don't keep playing your game. You gotta be tough on yourself because it's worth it
