Not checked in for a while as I've been away, but I'm keeping up with this! Just completed mine.

20 + (2 x 10) = 40 - Completed in one set (the last few weren't perfect form, but good enough not to warrant another set.)

I'm enjoying the progress - I'm trying different hand positions to get as much of a workout as I can - a slightly wider positioning, on fists instead of flat hands, and legs elevated is giving me the best workout with this number of reps so far.

40 in a row is admirable. Keep it up!

34 today. I usually start mine off with 50 jumping jacks to get the heart beating. Also, if I get tire during the set I usually give myself a few seconds in plank position before I continue on. I think as long as you stay in plank it's one set.

    Checking in.

    20 + (2 x 11) = 42. Completed in one set. A good challenge now.

Doing them in the mornings is easier.

I relapsed. Extremely disappointed in myself, but shall not falter. I'm never going to give up.

Completed my 20 push-ups in the morning earlier.

Relapsing isn't the end of the world; giving up is. Well done for getting back on the horse.

Remember this feeling and use it next time you're tempted.

Watch out for the chaser effect that can come with a relapse. Stay strong. Stay true.

This is awesome! I've been doing push ups as something to help my self discipline but I never thought to have how many pushups I do directly linked to how many days I'm off PMO. I'm going to start doing this. Starting today I'm going to be doing 1 set of 50 pushups and work my way up from there.

Thanks man. That is just to remind me of what really is important, and why I am into this.
    25+15 today.

    Best,
    Jiten

I want to try this push-up routine from a fitness book I'm reading:

Time how long it takes you to do as many push-ups as you can. Then rest for the same time period, and repeat the process two to four times. So if you do 20 pushups in 25 seconds, you'll rest 25 seconds, and repeat. Let's say on your next round you complete 12 push-ups in 16 seconds. You'd then rest for 16 seconds before your third set.
