    Anyone else found this.
    I used to suffer PIED quite badly.
    Unfortunately I've ended up in a rabbit hole and found myself struggling watching porn a fair bit lately. It seems really difficult to break the habit.
    I haven't fully PMOd but have found myself masturbating/edging which is even worse in some circumstances!

    I'm worried about PIED but I just can't seem to stop as my usual ways of countering this are currently out the window!

    Will I be able to get rid of my PIED?

    Is it that bad in ur country u cant go outside? Make a calendar and plan days. That will make u occupied
