Question about internet blockers

Hi there ive been trying to reboot with the help of nofap since around march its been up and down and to be honest I don't need a blocker to block porn (although it wouldnt hurt) but my question is can these blockers or however you would refer to them block escort sites as that is the biggest battle im currently facing thanks guys!
