While doing nofap i just experienced its much harder to get an erection just from thoughts but much easier from actually interacting with a girl like from a kiss or from touching

Everything will come back naturally after the addiction. Right now, I wouldn't be worried about just trying to find a girl to mess with. Instead, use your energy towards focusing on beating this. You can do it!
