Question about Testosterone

One of the reasons for not quitting P and M that I stumbled upon on the internet is that after 7 days testosterone starts to fall not increase. Is this true can someone tell? I really want to to know how it works. Maybe it's a stupid question. I don't know if this is the right forum section to ask this either.

Yes I'd be interested in knowing the answer too. I went as far as getting it tested, each time my T levels came back as normal. I now know that i was suffering from PIED. I found that going to the Gym lifting weights increased my Testosterone. Let me know what you find out Buddy.

I'm not an expert there, but would assume you can get similar benefit from working out, with none of the drawbacks and health/fitness as a bonus.

Also why worry so much about t levels? Too much and it makes you bold and isn't great for your heart and stuff.

That is another way of saying that testosterone peaks on day 7 after you cum. That is why many struggle to break the 7 day loop of abstinence.

Yes, working out will push up testosterone. Also, it is not merely a sex hormone. It affects many body systems, like bones and muscles.

Precisely. Also, I meant bald rather than bold even though both is true in my last post :))
