Question for long time rebooters...

Hi all,
So i've read some accounts of long time rebooters who have gone a long way in the Nofap journey and end up relapsing. I had no idea such a thing was even possible to be honest. I personally found it discouraging!

My question is simple, what advice/lessons can you give from your mistakes to people who are new to the forum or are in the process of recovery?
I'm curious to find out, as are many more in this forum i'm sure.
