I am approaching day 20 on my reboot journey and I notice that there are more and more moments where I imagine what it would be like if I tried new things, e.g. taking on a new hobby. These thoughts aren't new, but they always appeared like a distant dream, something I would want to do "someday". Today they almost act as an internal motivator. I also noticed that I focus more on the opportunities than on the obstacles. I was wondering if anyone could give me an explanation on the neurobiological and psychological basis behind this phenomenon because I don't know what the hell is going on, but I love it!
