    How many days of abstinence gave you guys the confidence to go on a date or ask a girl out? I wanna be the best version of myself and don't wanna simply get rejected(I'm currently single and struggling from PMO addiction for 4 yrs)

    I think that confidence has nothing to do with the number of days of abstinence. If you feel good about yourself and are comfortable with this girl, then ask her out.
    If not, take more time.

    I feel I get a good boost around 7 days, so I usually wait until after that. However, you will have days where you feel better than others. If you have a day where conversation is just coming easy to you and you aren't worried about dumb things in public (how you're standing, what others are thinking, etc.) do it then.
