It is hard to tell what that one scene will lead to. I was 15 months clean and accidentally stumbled across a picture on google. I kept thinking about it until I went back. That led to years of the worst PM of my life. I hope you decide to just forget about that scene.

 

I know you already relapsed but in the future just know that mindset of "let me just peek to see how much i can resist the urge" is a trap. Its like someone who stopped smoking saying, lemme just take one puff to see how cured I am. It usually doesn't prove much and only makes your journey harder. Every day you go without porn is enough proof that you're getting better.

 

I'm glad to hear you are starting again. The only thing you can do when you fall is get back up again. I have had to do it many times.
