    Imo, it´s not..:) I´d recommend going hard mode even without M, but if you need some release fantasizing is still better (not ideal tho) than jerking of to some pornstar..:D (Implying you don´t fantasize about Lana Rhoades :D)

    The P stands for porn, the M stands for masturbation, and the O stands for orgasm, so you MO, but you did not P. So, yes, you did PMO. Nonetheless, I would be easy on myself. Give yourself credit for staying clear of P, and keep recovering.
