Questions/help

I'm 20 and there was a point in high school where my life seemed so promising and now I'm a college dropout, completely lack motivation and suffer from bad anxiety. After learning and hearing other peoples stories about nofap, I knew it was what I need to do. I'm now on day 7 and honestly it hasn't been that hard for me to refrain from PMO I guess I have strong willpower and I just know I need to stop but I still sometimes find myself having bad thoughts to which I begin to get aroused but so far I've been able to refrain put those thoughts away and do something else. Im sure most of us PMO addicts all have gone through "fetishes" in porn watching, I know ive gotten into some pretty messed up stuff that I regret. So I guess my question for you is, do the thoughts and desires of the messed up fetishes go away? I need to know. I feel really guilty about some of the things Ive thought about while being under the wicked PMO spell and I just don't want to believe that thats me. I can refrain PMO, sure, but do the thoughts go away? The messed up ones at least, I know there will always be sexual desire. Please reply somone I'm new to nofap and could use people to talk to about it. Thanks.

Thanks for the the advice but mostly thanks for just replying, it really helps to have someone lend out their help and support really makes me feel stronger and not so alone in this journey.
