questions to ask yourself every day

i've gotten into a journaling habit since the beginning of the year. i tend to do better when i have questions to answer, but i have so many questions i want to ask myself every day. which of the below questions would you prioritize, and what other questions would you ask yourself?

what did i accomplish today?
when i wake up, what opportunities do i have today?
what was the most important thing to you about today?

i know this sounds self-centered, and i do want to include some space for reflecting on how i interact with other people too. but i need to cut this post off at some point.

 

i actually asked myself this question this morning. the answer was indeed "rest." just set the alarm for a little bit later, and now i have plenty of energy to tackle the rest of today.
