Hey everyone, I am pretty new to the site and the vocabulary used here, but I have a quick question. I have heard a lot of people (on this website, other forums, and on youtube) talk about their "reboot," which, from my understanding, is the process by which your brain "goes back to normal". However, when people refer to their reboots, does it mean that there is absolutely no masturbation happening at all? Or does a reboot refer to people still masturbating, but using absolutely no porn? I am a little confused on what exactly the term means. Additionally, if you are finding yourself in the process of becoming addicted to porn and decide to "reboot," does that mean that you can still masturbate and just eliminate porn, or eliminate all forms of pmo 100% completely? After a reboot is finished, does the person resume to "healthy masturbation"? Or do most/all people on this site hope to eliminate masturbation 100% altogether? Sorry for all the questions, thanks so much for your help! I am trying to go 30 days with no pmo whatsoever in hopes to eliminate my porn usage, possibly for longer durations in the future. I am 18 by the way. Thank you all so much and good luck with your challenges!!
