Have wet dreams? Make sure you go thru this checklist:

    1. Pajamas :
Make sure it's breathable, 100% cotton preferred

    2. Undergarments :
Conforming, Not too tight, not too loose, again breathable and 100% cotton preferred. Some may prefer to not to wear undergarments altogether but I don't recommend so.

    3. Pee right before you go to bed

    4. Don't drink water an hour or two before bed

    5. Meditate and clear your mind before sleep

    6. See a Chinese Medicine Practitioner :
I mentioned it before, but they have something very specific for preventing wet dreams.

    7. Of course, avoid PMO / edging / sex toys or anything related...

Writing these on my 235th day, hope that helps.

Realize that demons influence your dream state - take control of your sleeping reality so that you can combat the temptations. Most wet dreams (not all) have sexual content that is demonic in nature. They seek to use this state of consciousness to pre-program your waking reality with an inclination to sin. This is a critical insight. You are in a spiritual war and they are doing everything they can to keep you in bondage.

Sleeping on your back is such a good idea! I think it happens for me when I sleep on my stomach, which results from me sleeping on my side. I'll try sleeping on my back and see if that helps. :)
