Quieting the Mind with Eye Patching...

An old therapist friend contacted me completely out of the blue today and amongst other things sent me a link on something she highly recommends called eye patching which I have to say has intrigued me (sometimes the simplest solutions really are the best) and the video in the link below is well worth a watch so see what you think? I've only just heard about it but I reckon it's worth a try as apparently it's really good for quieting the mind and I'm always up for anything non-chemical that might just help me with that! Also there's links at the top of this page to Gary Wilson etc so just felt even more appropriate to post...
