Quit Porn Cold Turkey 90 Day Plan

    Hey Fapstronauts! If you take your Nofap Journey seriously, you need a plan. I've made one for you, as long with some tips and a daily routine.

    Step 1: Write down all the harmful physical and psychological effects of porn, and how it has had a very negative impact on your quality of life.

    • Think about how your addiction has affected your physical health. Are you at greater risk for getting cancer, heart disease, or another illness as a result of your addiction? Maybe the addiction has already taken a noticeable physical toll.
    • List the ways in which it has hurt you mentally. Are you embarrassed about your addiction? In many cases addictions lead to shame and embarrassment, as well as depression, anxiety, and other mental and emotional issues.
    • How has your addiction affected your relationships with other people? Does it prevent you from spending time with people you love, or having enough time to pursue new relationships?

    Make a list of positive changes you want in your life. Now that you've detailed all the negative effects of your addiction, think about how much your life will improve once you've kicked the habit. Create a picture of your life post-addiction. How do you want it to look?
    • You'll feel a sense of freedom you haven't had in years.
    • You'll have more time to spend on people, hobbies, and other pleasures.
    • You'll be able to save money again.
    • You know you're doing everything you can to stay healthy. You'll feel immediate physical improvements.
    • You'll feel proud and confident again.
    Write a sentence like: From today on I will start a wonderful life, free of porn. Write down the date and sign the paper.

    Keep the paper near your computer, or the place you had pastly PMO-ed, to remind yourself of your commitment. You can aditionally keep a photo of when you were a little innocent pure child near your commitment paper or pc, or attach the photo to the "contract".

    Other Tips:
    Stay away from home as much as possible.
    Do a digital detox if possible and desired.
    Implement as many fasts in your reboot as possible. During a fast, your libido is 0.
    Save your will power for important things. If you exercise or take cold showers, don't go to the extreme with it because your will power bar will hit 0 and you are engangered of a relapse.
    Have a Shortcut on your Desktop to the Nofap Emergency Button, or the App on phone.
    Have some kind of Adult Content Blocker, or more. Alone it won't do much good, but as a further step to make Porn impossible to access very helpful. OpenDNS or K9 software are good choices.

    Ban technology alltogether for 3 Months = GUARANTEED SUCCESS. However, many people including me haven't held to the 3 month commitment of no technology whatsoever and relapsed because of this. If you aren't bound by your business to internet, quitting internet for 3 months would be the most easy solution.

    In order for this to work, you must give all electronic devices to a friend and tell him not to give them back to you UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

    Daily Routine: Wake up at 6:00 AM

    Listen to a subliminal Quit Porn Binaural Beats, or tell yourself an affirmation for 2-5 minutes in the mirror, each time looking in one eye, then the other. This will replace the false belief of addiction in your subconcious mind with the belief of freedom. This step is critical!


    Take Cold Shower First thing in the Morning (or if you don't have time later in the night)
    Drink 0,5 L of Warm Water
    wait 30min until you eat, or fast for 1-7 Days if you can't resist at all. The fast will keep your libido at zero.
    Be productive. Work towards a worthy Goal, maybe start an online business, build some social following, learn an instrument or any kind of goal you find worth striving towards.
    Exercise.
    ATTENTION! Use your will power with care, exaggerating with exercise or cold showers, or productive tasks will drain you off your will power quickly.
    Make it AS HARD AS POSSIBLE FOR PORN TO BE REACHED.

    If implemented entirely, this plan will succeed guaranteed. The more you act upon this plan, the higher the success rate will be.

    Now you know what you got to do, now it's only your fault if you don't do it.

    Take your Reboot seriously. Change your life!

    This is really good. Thank you, I am going to do this. Porn has ruined so many things. This time I am going to get rid of it once and for all, I set a date 1st December from there until forever I am never going to let it ruin things for me ever again. Yes just a few days since that date (although I didnt actually use the day before for various reasons it is the date I set here on nofap). One question. Work and family commitments including children mean it is impossible for me to give up my phone, also nofap is accessed this way too have some software but I dont think it is enough for when I am living alone. Any advice on the technology (having the nofap app on the honescreen itself is helping so far in my admittedly early days).

    if you can't exclude technology completely, which many individuals can't do, including me, try to avoid it as much as possible. You should also make it as hard as possible to access porn.
