    Hi there

I'm Boris, from Croatia, graduated high school this year.

I've had a problem with PMO for a long time now, since 13 and it's been a plaque on my life. Weighing me down and just destroying my zest for life for as long as I can remember.

I discovered NoFap in 2016 and have done many long abstentions from porn always for a month or more. Up until now I had about two and a half months under my belt and I relapsed yesterday...

I still feel furious, it's been such a good time these two months.

The thing that bothers me is that I wanted to relapse because... it made me feel safe somehow. In some obscene way it just felt like a safe haven.

In a way I'm glad I relapsed because now I have a bigger desire than ever to eradicate this abhorrent habit and better my life and through that be able to impact others better because I'll be fully there, not hiding behind a computer screen and thinking that PMO is a safe space.

To everyone who is a part of this community I salute you and wish you the best. We are winners and we will take life by the horns and not allow this filth to besmirch our integrity. We will banish it, kick its teeth in and go on to win at whatever we put our mind to.

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

I've created a bulwark against it. I look down on it and imagine it's an enemy trying to beat me, everyday is a new victory. Whenever I get pangs I watch a NoFap video to get motivated and most profoundly I exercise everyday and focus on improving at everything. This way PMO doesn't even come across my radar
