    Hi nofap guys,
    Streak 41 days.
    I can fight with pmo addiction easily at day time. But it's so hard for night time. 5 minutes span also is enough to produce thoughts of sex, adultery, massages, masturbation, porn..
    If you suffering from these thougts at night, How are you avoiding these random thoughts? How can i concentrate on carrier instead of sex or marriage?
