I keep going in NNN, day 4
WooHoo! In about 1.5 hrs, I will complete 28 days. That's four weeks. If this had been February, it'd be a month...LOL!

I will not give power to these thoughts that tell me to do things that I must not do. I've had a couple of important victories yesterday and today. If this is not a day when I choose right, why would any other day be?

I have been neglecting you guys but it seems you're doing very well indeed. I have relapsed but I'm not mad as it was just a necessary step towards victory. I have complete faith in success of myself and all of us here. Let's do it.

First week in my new job is over, think I'm doing well so far, didnt' have much time in the evening for the daily check-ins, because I worked out in the evening and arrived after 10PM at home.
However, I'm doing great, feel good, smashed my personal record today, longest streak so far!
NoFap, NoPMO, Cold showering and stuff give me the discipline to do my best and you guys give me the motivation to keep going! I salute you!
This actually seems pretty fun! Count me in.

Even though I relapsed yesterday, I don't feel like I lost the NoFap benefits. I reduced my PMO consumption for several times a day, to once or twice a week to now once a month and that's make me feel proud of myself.
I keep going my path and I feel like the first time in my life, that it's MY path. I'm creating this path by my own concious decisions!

Get up early, did my job, worked out, ate healthy, no urges so far!
