Rate the last movie you watched v. 1

Last movie I watched was "the last voyage of the Demeter" what I liked aboutbit is Dracula is hideous as he should be which I enjoyed. Lately new vampires are pretty emo boys blah, the story is ok but I preferred the Dracula story series on Netflix , I think that story is top tier ,this Demeter story about of a rush, I give it 3 1/2 stars
 
Crouching tiger hidden dragon . i know its was filmed in 2000 but wow what an exceptionally well made movie fortunately i watched with subtitles than voiceover which was more succinct to the native language and culture. lots of great visuals, kung fu fights and great screenplay.

Probably one of the best Horror's I've watched in a long time next to Bad Ben. I don't normally like horror.
 
Midnight Run, 1989 - Robert DeNiro, Charles Grodin

Funny as all get out, lots of action. No sex or nudity.

The guy who was a cop in L.A. in Beverly Hills Cop is in it as a competing bounty hunter.

And they needed a mob boss, so as usual, you got Denis Farina.

The DVD was one of the early types that were made, and I hadn't
seen it since it we bought our first DVD player, just before college.
Sometimes DVDs don't work if they sit on the shelf too long.
I don't know if the dust gets them or what.
Glad this one worked, fun movie to watch.
 
The Witness (1985)
Harrison Ford, Kelly McGillis
It's a thriller. I love Harrison Ford very much. Pretty slow but I enjoyed it.

This is a masterpiece. Hour of the Wolf is the period when most people die and most newborns are born. ( That's midnight, just before dawn.)

Not for everybody. You have to understand symbolism and sign language first.

Shinobi - Heart under blade (2005)

Japanese fantasy-romance movie with ninja setting. Special effects were bad and acting pretty cheesy. Still entertaining on some level and good soundtrack. 2/5
 
Barbie (2023)

It's a movie for time passing. Margot Robbie looks as good as a Barbie. No 18+ scenes which is good. I liked it.

Air (2023)
It's a movie about Michael Jordan signing for Nike company. The movie was ok. I like Matt Damon and Ben Affleck.
