Black Panther 8/10 (No Spoilers) I don't think it is possible for Marvel to make a bad movie, but this was less of a superhero movie than I was expecting. Obviously, Black Panther has a very big role, but there's a little less action than other Marvel movies.
Tropic Thunder Didn’t really find this funny, but it held my interest alright. Still a pretty sub-par comedy 3/10
I would say no. Die Hard is not a Christmas movie specifically, but it can be enjoyed on Christmas as well.
There is no Christmas until I’ve seen Hans Gruber fall down the Nakatomi Plaza. Manchester by the Sea - 10/10
Really bad. Child abuse is played up as a joke in one scene, and it fails spectacularly because the joke itself wasn’t funny in the least. Not of the “jokes” in this movie lands. The best friend of the main character denies he’s gay throughout the movie, and in the last scene is like “yeah I think I’m gay” even though he just had a threesome with two girls the night before. One character was kind of cute. Didn’t produce a laugh, but probably got about as close as this movie could manage. It is absolute trash and everyone involved should feel bad.
Scott Pilgrim vs. The World Ramona Flowers is a babe. Kieran Culkin is pretty funny. How are the majority of the people in this movie in their thirties already? 7/10
The Lego Batman Movie - 9/10 This movie is really funny and makes a lot of references to other superhero movies. With a great message about friendship, I would recommend this movie to anyone.
I watched 'Justice League' last night. The character interaction was excellent to watch. Otherwise, it seemed very disconnected and the pacing was terrible. 2/5 But I enjoyed it. (low expectations)
Wonder woman 5/5 Watched this with my parents last night. They had it on their DVR and told me I needed to see it. Hopefully more DC movies can turn out like this one and they can really improve their cinematic universe.
