Yes! I quit coffee as well! I've gone English so now I'm doing tea and milk!

  2. Oh yes I remember. I have been trying to not play as much video games or watch as much tv-shows. Now I am watching 1-2 episodes a day, not all days. I feel that is good in moderation. And I haven't been playing video games since last Tuesday. Not really missing it that much, but I will still at some point. But right now I don't really need it!

  8. I just updated my journal with these wonderful results:

Today I did "The Burns Anxiety Inventory", it's a test to see how much anxiety you have experienced during a week. I did this week and I got the score of 12, which is mild anxiety. And that was 14 two weeks ago, and 20 three weeks ago. So whatever I am doing is really working. And for funsies I wanted to check how I was the first two months, I know it's probably not that accurate because it should measure a week. But my score for that time was 61, which means Extreme Anxiety and/or panic. So by my calculations, I have come extremely far since that time. I am so happy to see these results. It will help ground me even more than before!

And for the journal check out my signature!

Oh, this is so good. I would like to continue with the better. It shows, something can be harmful for human health.

I had clinical depression about 2-3 years ago. I tested to myself, and if I can remember truly, it was about more than 70s. Anyway, it passed behind me, for now, how is my results, I don't know. But I don't want to test it anymore :)

  10. Yes it shows that when you work on it, it gets better. And I am so happy for that. I can understand that you don't want to test anymore. I am glad that you got it behind you :)

  17. Absaloutly amazing bro, thanks for sharing, there is so much I can relate to, I haven't told my parents about but I really want to but I'm scared to admit the shameful addiction, how did you go about doing it? Also I've dabbled with mediation for the last 12 months but struggle with getting into routine is there any teqniques or info you could help me with it please?

  19. Thanks friend, thank you for the kind words. I really appreciate them. I hope you get here soon too, I wish you all the best in life and onwards :D.

Thanks :). It's been a hard road, but I am all the better for it :). I really appreciate your words here, and I try, I try, and it's great :).

Hmm, I didn't really plan it actually. One day I was talking to my mother and I just blurted out: "And I think it's good that I quit porn as well". She was kinda stunned after that, and a little confused. Because she was sure that I wasn't watching that. They hadn't noticed, but I was good at hiding it. She later one other day asked me how long I had been watching it. And she was still a little shocked. But they didn't judge me for it. And they didn't shame me for it. It went better than I'd ever thought it would telling them. So I would recommend telling them if you know they are open-minded people. If they really love you, they will help you and they will understand you. That's all I know :).

I have been doing meditation for over a month, maybe longer, I am not sure. At first I was resistant and didn't think it would work. And it was confusing, it was tiring. I fell asleep and struggled with focusing on the breath. Now? I don't got it all down for sure, but I am getting there. Tips? When you sit down and breathe in and out, and the thoughts come, just focus on your breath every time. Be aware of your body's movements and sensations. Just relax and take it all in. Observe the thoughts, don't stress over them. And if you feel emotions coming on, just let them. Let them pass through and concentrate on your breathing. And for getting a routine? Do it every day, even if you don't want to. Just do it when you have time. But you have done it for 12 months, so I guess you already know some of these. Nothing more I can say actually. I could recommend this video though, that I use for the most time:

I also found this one yesterday:

    Thanks :). And I won't be complacent.
