    What is nofap it's not settling for a lesser life it's aiming for intimacy not illusions and fantasy I'm 3 days gap free and happy I found this community I aim to do nofap on hard mode for 180 days then introduce dating again still nofap until I get in a serious relationship or marriage the nofap rockets symbol takes off to real intimacy instead of fake ass perceptions (FAP) NOFAP for LIFE!

    YEAHH! RIGHT ON! I'm also new here and I'm 4 days free and I wanna say good luck with the challenge you took on, 180 days is A LOT of time and it is a big challenge so don't be mad at yourself or sad if you don't succeed at first
