Myself srivastav 23 year old, iam addicted to masturbation past 10 years. I know that is harm for my health, but that is fucking addiction (most danger than drugs: the inner body addictions are difficult to leave). I watch porn every day and want to watch weird kind of porn i realizes thats wrong after "happy ending" every time. I decided almost 1000 times to leave that evil addiction but after 2 days unfortunatly thats going to same way. I realise all my intelligence and eduction is ruined by this bad addiction. I had lot of acnes in my face and skin pores because of this excessive masturbation. I really need help get freedom from my inner desires.i found ur website helps many peoples to achive their goals, so iam here to start NOFAF. But i dont know how need help to start the Nofaf. Thank you

I'm sorry to hear of your addiction. I trust that you are well on your way to getting free from it all. Could I mention a youtube video which I suggest would help you sincerely - its actually a Christian minister called Paul Washer and one of his sermons on sexual immorality, the vid is on youtube and lasts around an hour ND fifteen minutes. I'm positive this group is open to all areas and angles that combat masturbation though I won'tshare the direct link you can search it up.
I know it's a devastating addiction mate though you seem like a good person who like all of us need all the help we can get.!

Im feeling ashamed myself for this 10 years sin. But im not a not a culprit of women harrasment; i respect womens a lot and i always tell my frnds to do same, but i always think why i used to see porn that maltreat womans - main reason is internet,lonelyness and lot of free time that supports to watch porn. So i want to convert my free time to valuable work and lonelyness to interesting hebits. Delete all my porn collections and clean all bookmarks(thats not going to work i think;i done it many times) so, somehow i feel grt myself. Frequently visiting nofap also helps by reading suggestions from open minded frnds. Iam new and i reading understanding wat actually nofap is..

have a mental health condition so may find a forum over there, you know suicide and that, because we got strength and we all the same really....
