    I'm loosing all control during the lockdowns, really have no control over what porn websites I go to

    I recommend blocking the porn websites, you should also block access to websites that are giving you access to your triggers. https://getcoldturkey.com/
    On your mobile devices I recommend getting appblock

    Try remembering that 'YOU DO HAVE CONTROL!'

    The language we use shapes our reality, so try and start telling yourself that you do have a choice. Make a list of things that you could do to move away from PMO and do your best to tell yourself that 'I'D RATHER DO XYZ' than PMO.
