reasons for nofap

was wondering if you guys could share your reasons for nofap. I've been going on several weeks without P but sometimes I still long for it. A couple of weeks or so ago I got rid of some PB magazines. I'm wondering what's your motivation for continuing. For me, I didn't like how it made me feel the day after or the two days after I would PMO. But then when you're sort of on the other side, at least for me, I romanticize going back.

I was in a relationship that ended a couple of weeks ago, I guess for me no PMO means focusing more on the new relationship. And maybe work. And other hobbies. But I have friends who say it's not a big deal. I guess it's different for different people. It's probably a bigger deal for me than them.
