    Hello everyone. Good day to all. I am a 19 year old lad who wishes to stay away from PMO for good. Every time I try to stop myself, I end up repeating it. Yes, I have kept occupying myself with activities but it always fail after a week. I usually can go without masturbation for a weeks top, the max I ever did was 10 days. Then I couldn't take it. While for porn , i did stay away for like 3 months maxed. Then I felt the need to watch it.

    Nowadays, I rarely tune in to porn except if I really was desperate. I don't even masrurbate to it except for really dire situations like I cannot contain it. I watch it for storyline and skip the sex scene. I started reading erotic stories on the other hand. Despite that, I really want to quit it.

    I have noticed that not masturbaring for a week is challenging but yet felt rewarding and the load I shoot was much more than if I did everyday. Its just that once the week is up, I feel the urge. Plus, I'm not a good-looking guy and I always see those pretty girls online sometimes makes me fantasize about them. That's when the relapses end.

    But I am trying to resort to abstinate from PMO for good. Because that way, my brains would not get corrupted and maybe i can build more courage to talk to girls out there. Not just purely masturbsting about them. I will begin my challenge tomorrow and I wish all the best to others who have the same problem with me. Cya.

    I feel ya! What is more beautiful to see than cute girls right? And they don't reject us. Girls in porn never reject us. In my opinion the absence of rejection is the great "hook" porn has over us. In the "real" world there are rejections...painful...but you become stronger with them...And when a girl doesn't reject you the relationship can be really rewarding. Much better than what porn has to offer.

    Why do you think you are not a good looking guy? Someone told you so? Sometimes I find a girl cute and my friend doesn't...and vice-versa. Some girls might find you cute and some don't. "Someone's opinion of you does not have to become your reality". ;)

    Yeah if you stay in without PMO long enough you will start to feel urges to talk and approach girls! ;) Trust me!
