Reboot program for myself

    Hard as it may seem, I decide to give it a try.
    My goals are listed here.
    1.Sleep before 23 o'clock, and get up before 8:30.
    2.Morning run for half an hour.
    3.Work on my own job.
    4.Play my phone for no more than 2 hours a day.
    5.Keep fit by participating in a program.
    6.Meditation for at least half an hour.
    7.Most importantly, stop watching porn or doing related things.
    Start today! I'll check every days. No more than once relapse every week on the items listed above.

    Exercise, and meditation first!Yesterday I walked outside for a long while. But now it's raining heavily, perhaps I'd better choose to exercise at home.
