    I’m posting a recovery note on reboot basics. These are often overlooked when rebooting and people usually follow them only for a short period of time. By following these guidelines longer and more regularly will no doubt better you as a person and stop what you’re doing. These have helped me and are essential not only for rebooting but in life in general. There are 3 things which are necessary to optimise this time frame for quicker results.

    1.abstinence - staying away from PMO. Staying away from staring at women, pictures listening to audio which includes sexual references. Staying away from your mobile phone or laptop as much as you can for example late at night or for entertainment purposes will boost your recovery time enormously. If you have a partner try and limit the amount of sex you have. If you can talk to them about your problem and get them to understand they will be willing to help you in your recovery. Remember your recovery is the mostimportant thing right now. Everything else is second.

    2.exercise and diet. - eating healthiergreens, veg, fruits whole organic food willhelp you get stronger mentally and focusbetter. Supplementation will also furtheryour goals - I will be doing a separatethread on supplementation for reboot. Exercising simply as much as body weighttraining or a simple walk regularly will enhance your recovery time exponentially.There are plenty of educational resources regarding this online and books which youcan find. Bear in mind once you are healthier and exercising more your sex drive will naturally increase which is a good thing and will keep you fertile and healthy mentally. Don’t let the extra sex drivedeter make you relapse although having a sex with your partner is fine.

    3.mindset change. The most important thing is to change your mindset about what you’re doing and what you’re trying toaccomplish. Being addicted to PMO willhave negative effects on your brain andthinking for years which in turn ruin your personality and what’s ‘right’ and ‘wrong’. Educating yourself on betterment and what you’ll achieve by staying away from thisfilth will help you fight off cravings and have a Normal working brain and healthier life. The main focus on reboot is your recovery mentally and physically. Thinkingdifferently of women will enhance you as a person even after you have fully rebooted. This is a lifestyle change. But it’s definitelyworth it. There are different challenges in life for everyone. Bruce lee said it best - don’t pray for an easy life pray for thestrength to endure a difficult one.

    Note on time.
    As you have released a lot of sperm over the years you probably haven’t fully letyour body recover in terms of semen retention & quality which affects a lot of bodily functions. If we usespermatogenesis as a guideline for reboot time it takes 64 days for spermatogenesis to occur in your body and a further 14 days to be fully complete. This is a naturalprocess in your body (testes) which will help you increase testosterone, be healthy and strong and be fertile. Following all the above 3 guidelines could make this processfaster.
