    Hello everyone!

These last 6 months have been a real doozy, lots of ups and downs but I am pretty confident that the hard part is over, I am finally completely rebooted and the wet dreams are gone!

I am one of those people who gets what they want. That does not mean that I am a spoiled brat and I get everything handed to me, but it means that I am extremely committed to whatever I set my mind to and will not waver. I am a firm believer through experience not just hearsay, intellect, or belief, that NEVER wasting your semen is incredibly good for you in so many ways. I feel more healthy then I ever have in my life, I have more clarity and my mind is much sharper, my spiritual practice has been stronger then it ever has, and I am happier and more content then I have ever been in my life.

In the beginning I was loosing my essence to wet dreams at least once a week, but as of today it has been a whopping 38 days! In the beginning I was changing my diet and adding all sorts of supplements in order to try to prevent these losses, but now I don't need to avoid any foods and I am doing just great. for over a year I have been a vegetarian and a week ago I gave it up. I still do not eat pork or shrimp and never will, but at least I can enjoy fish and red meat again, and it feels good!

I want to tell you something. I have found that when you save your sexual essence you build willpower and you become more aware. I have found that my consciousness has been expanding much faster then I could have imagined since the beginning of this whole escapade! Most people day-dream all day long. Their minds are constantly running and they are chasing their thoughts like a monkey chasing a banana. This is called being asleep. This is a lack of awareness, a lack of being able to stay "in the moment". Try staying in the moment right here and now for as long as you can, I bet it is not very long before you are chasing your thoughts all over the place. This is the zombie state.
This civilization is lacking awareness more then anything else right now, and it is probably worse then it has ever been in the history of this planet. Everyone is all caught up chasing pleasures and desires in a never ending loop for more, more, and more. Let me tell you something, the only way to ever find true happiness is to let go of desire. Quit chasing pleasurable memories. This is the only way to liberate suffering. Every bit of suffering that you will ever bring into your life comes from your EGO. The ego is the root of all suffering.

Quitting PMO is the number one step towards liberation that we could make. By quitting PMO we are cutting off the demon called LUST from its fuel. The demon of LUST is so powerful but once it has been destroyed you will finally start to feel the benefits of being free. The sexual energy that is saved and utilized in other ways is so powerful that at times I feel that I could accomplish any task I could ever want. Of course their are many other egos that we must destroy in order to attain full liberation from all forms of suffering but LUST is a great place to start and I think that it is the foundation stone that we can all stand firm and proud on.
The other egos like jealousy, hate, anger, envy, pride, fear, greed, gluttony, sloth, etc are not easy to slay but with the success of slaying lust first we will be able to prevail I am sure of it!

Satan is an entity that is only interested in pleasures. Don't be fooled by his minions of the ego's. The sexual energy is the all powerful force of creation and with control of this flaming sword we can slay any ego that stands in the path towards our perfection and liberation.

The one thing that I can truly say that I could not have done this without is meditation. There is no way. Through meditation I was able to sit and contemplate on my daily experiences of lust and realize how negatively I was or would be affected if I were to give in to it. This contemplation resulted in an understanding and realization of how my mind works and how lust was dominating me and stealing what is rightfully mine since birth.

Stay strong and have faith! You may not see any way of lifting the sword out of the stone right now but with perseverance you will wield it and you will prevail!

Awesome story and wise words, I saw a bit of Buddhism back there too ;) congratulations on making it through the tough days and completing your reboot journey! I think we can all take inspiration from this story and I'm gonna make it my priority to be able to say the same 90 days from now. Cheers!

So interesting to me! I had been masturbating to ejaculation for many years, since I was 14. Given this, I have never, ever had a wet dream. Yes, I have had sex dreams now and again. . .but never one wet dream! Funny thing is, I always wanted to have one! But I have been cumming so long and so hard and so often in my waking life apparently I have never needed to do it in my sleeping life.

But I still love that you have gotten to a place of peace with yourself and your own body.

    Blessings to you.

Had a WD last night... Feeling ok today. I went 3 weeks without an occurrence so I'm happy about that.

Nice story, plugging for 60 days... It's good to see the benefits of months of abstaining can do. What do you do in terms of meditation?

My meditation practice is really simple, it is called meditation without exertion.
I do the normal cross legged posture with spine straight and close my eyes and just relax every part of my physical body as much as possible. I dont try to do anything that would cause any tention at all, so my breathing is just a normal slow and deep breath. I concentrate on my breath to keep my mind still in the begining and then I try to forget the breath and just kind of melt away. I try to remember that I am meditating at all times and I try not to chase my thoughts to much. If I have something that I want to contemplate then I just focus on that and I try not to let my mind wander. Sometimes my breathing is deep and sometimes shallow. After my physical body is good and relaxed then I can sense or feel my internal body and I try to make sure all internal muscles are also relaxed completely. Once I get to this point I try to focus my mind on nothingness. When thoughts come up I dont ignore them though, so if it is a thought that I can extract something good from then I observe it, and while in this deeply relaxed state it seems like my ego is put to bed and I can gain deeper knowledge or a deeper understanding of things.

Mantras are great for transmuting the sexual energies also. When a boy hits puberty and becomes sexually mature his voice changes. This shows the link between the voice and the sexual energies. Reciting mantras like "Om Masi padme hum" and "Om dat sat om" really has helped me a lot, and it is really good for helping the body and mind to prepare for meditation.
Pranayama is another really good tool for transmutation and meditation preperation. Sit and breath in slowly while mentally saying "HAM" pronouncing the "a" like you would in the word "calm". Once inhalation is reached you hold the breath in for as long as is comfortable, then release while vocalizing the sound "SAHHHHH", then repeat.
That is called the "ham-sah" pranayama. I do these every day morning and night.
