    After being clean from porn for 55 days I slipped a bit for a day and a half, which got me really angry with myself. Well today is day 1.... I did it before and this time Ill do it better.
    We all deserve to kick this shit addiction.

    Hey man , we have all been there!! A slip is ok if your learn from it , dust your self off and go again.

    Don't let those negative voices in your head affect you , I know I struggle after a slip.

    And well done on the 55 days , I just shows you have the strength to beat this
