Rebooting Benefits

Discussion in 'Rebooting - Porn Addiction Recovery' started by Deleted Account, Apr 16, 2016.

  1. Hello, i'm new to NoFap,
Please guys, i need your support and encouragement to get back to my "normal" life.
I'm here to talk about the 90days reboot and the improvements, i'm gonna ask you some questions that would make my recovery much easir,
i'd really appreciate it if you help me with your experience and your ideas

Well, let's start with some questions that i need answers for it:

--Firstly, i'm gonna talk about my studies, that's a really important thing in my life, since i became addicted to p*rn, my grades became low....
What really matters for me is the test that i'm going to past on August 2016, it needs so much concentration, intelligence and an overall mental health, so i wanna know if i stay positive and complete the reboot successfully will my memory improve and my concentration aswell?

    --Secondly,
My penis, it became very weak, sleepy and it's not healthy anymore, will it get back to good health, strong and to the same size after rebooting?

---Thirdly, My brain, i can no more concentrate, feel confortable, always nervous and depressed, fatigue, What should i do to solve this weakness?

At the end, i want to ask you about fasting, some guys says that it helps the brain to recover, by creating new dopamine receptors and it fixs the cells !!! also what should i eat to get bck to normal, healthy which foods do you recommend me to eat.

That's all, thank you for reading, hopefully you can help me, please if you think that you have anything that may make the recover look more easy please post it

    Thank you

Welcome to this forum. Like you just said, going 90 days PMO free will resolve most if not all problems. It's all about not giving up for the next 90 days and doing whatever it takes to not give in during the tough times.

I am a student as well and studying while rebooting can be very difficult as you go through withdrawals that make us impossible to concentrate. There are gonna be some days when you just can't concentrate but you can always invest your time and energy in positive things everyday.

Only time will slowly fix your problems, so be patient during the whole process. Meditation is #1 thing that helped me concentrate on studies. Meditate regularly for at least 20 min. There are tons of techniques online you can find and choose the one that fits you. Working out, listening to music, socializing, taking long walks/running etc also help. All the best!
