Rebooting.

Took the time to let it become a problem again, and then PMO mounts up and becomes excusable. I don't know whether this will get taken down, I hope it doesn't.
Another chance at life - coming off was a lucid experience and I'd like to do it again! Abstinence for me.
Do let me know if this is in the wrong area, as I simply want to share my experience and it helps me.
