recent poor sexual performance

im 37 just got thru with 10 days of sperm retention. My erections were amazing. got an oppurtunnity to hook up with an old fling so i got a room with her.
i had a wicked difficult time getting it up and when i did i lasted like 2 minutes and blew.
weird cuz 2 days before i was getting solid hands free erections.
maybe because shes married and i felt guilty, or i kinda just wasn't into her as much as years before. i got personal stress goin on too.
im kinda dissapointed i stoppedmasturbating to be stronger sexually but it didnt work out.
