Just making a post to let things off my mind. Started a relationship within this streak. Things are not too bad. Recently been plagued with something making me very tired, and lethargic, ive been fighting it and today im doing better, but it could be the coffee a bit.

Anyway between allergy and the occasionally uncontrolled emmission, it's hard to keep track of what's making me feel bad. I'm chalking it down to anxiety from my last school year ending, and im going to fight it. If anyone's gone through a stage like this despite doing good on a streak, I'd like to hear your experience and how things have gotten better if they have.

Anyway, despite recently feeling the way ive described, as well as sneaky nocturnal emissions, I have done very well and I'm so happy. 5 days until my birthday and I can become an adult as a new person. I have guarded my mind and erased the thoughts of PMO almost of entirely now, I'm a stronger willed person, doing exercises on posture, kegels, and trying to be a better person as well as partner to someone.

Sorry about the long scrambled and repetitive post. My mind is a bit all over the place right now and I'm just writing in a stream of consciousness. Anyway im gonna end this here, I'm going to ramble more when I reach my birthday, haha. Thanks for anyone who read my nonsense.

You have listed many achievements in your post which are absolutely fantastic! And you have not even reached adulthood! Think about that for a minute and give yourself a round of applause! And whenever you feel bad, go back and think about those achievements again! The negatives are but a small part and viewing them side by side with your achievements should show you clearly that they do not matter!

PS: Cut down on the coffee if you feel that is what is causing you problems (also anything else that has caffeine including cola and "energy" drinks.). Also if you are consuming a lot of sugar, you have to realize that a fall from a "sugar high" can also cause you to feel lethargic. You need to replace the bad carbs with better ones that are released slower in your blood stream (like whole grains).

Thanks for replying, I really like what you said about achievements overshadowing the negatives. As far as the way Ive been, I dont think coffee is too blame, as I dont drink too much I think. I went a day without it this week and nothing really changed. I think if id be feeling more like myself I'd be drinking less actually.
