    So I have not been active on the forums for ages now, and recently I found myself in a relapse binge. But I am here today, recommitting to fight this battle. My longest time going without PMO is 60 days, and I am committed to not just beat that, but to finally be PMO free permanently.

    Try not to binge if you do relapse. It'll put you deeper and deeper into the rabbit hole of PMO addiction. Learn from your mistakes, and keep moving forward.

    Best of luck to ya on ridding yourself of PMO's influence, brother.
